Podclave LLC uses cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms, and open requested pages. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Product analytics run on our servers, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Bot protection and connected services
The sign-in page loads Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated requests. Cloudflare processes browser and connection signals for this purpose. Its security checks can use necessary cookies under Cloudflare’s cookie policy and privacy policy.
Podclave serves its own fonts, scripts, and styles. Optional voice dictation connects to ElevenLabs only after you accept the mic notice and use the mic. See Subprocessors for the services involved.
Apps that customers expose at podclave.app URLs can set their own cookies. Their operators control those cookies and their privacy notices. This policy covers Podclave’s access cookies, not each customer’s app.
Browser storage
Podclave stores interface preferences, voice-dictation consent, unsent chat drafts, and pending-message information in your browser so these can survive page reloads. This storage is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
You can clear it through your browser settings. Clearing it can remove unsent work and preferences. Save or send anything you need first. Clearing browser storage does not delete messages or files already saved in your Workspace or sent to a connected service.
Changes
We will update this page when our use of cookies or browser storage changes. If we add optional cookies that require consent, we will request it before setting them.
